There are a few weddings that keep a special place in my heart and Sara and Adam’s is for sure one of them. The girls carried bouquets handmade by the bride, guys in classic grey. Bride made her own wedding cake, which was divine! Ceremony with heartfelt vows that really did make me cry, and they even said a vow together that filled my heart with so much joy.

Adam and Sara were Chemistry Lab partners while attending University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. You could say they had “chemistry” right off the bat and “bonded” immediately. (in the words of Sara : )  There first date was to the Barlow planetarium to watch the Pink Floyd laser light show.  Adam proposed on the top of Medicine Bow Peak shortly after they moved to Saratoga, WY. I traveled to where they now live in Laramie WY to do their engagement session in front of those mountains. I was in my natural environment for sure, the mountains were beautiful, only enhanced that day by the beautiful sunlight. This when I first met Adam, and on the drive to the mountains we all hit it off right away. I mean I don’t have drinks on the roof of an amazing bar with just anyone?

I was looking looking forward to their wedding day since we first met, and even more after their engagement session. The day finally came and I was met with so many smiles and kind faces. The day wasn’t as sunny as their engagement session but that didn’t stop Sara from getting ready in the woods behind the ceremony site. The ceremony was set with a beautiful tree backdrop and church pews. After their first kiss as husband and wife they hugged their closest family and friends, their grandparents were some of the sweetest people on the planet. Who am I kidding everyone at this wedding was freaking awesome! They celebrated under a tent of lights, and danced the night away to a killer band – PBR Bluegrass Band.

I could have easily shared all their photos from their day, but I know you wouldn’t have gotten anything done!
