Milwaukee Church ceremony with a reception at the Filament in Milwaukee Wisconsin
Since first meeting Christina and Andrew at their final meeting this Summer I just LOVED their energy! It’s so cute how Christina has a hard time not smiling when talking about Andrew! This continued on through their wedding day!
Their wedding day was one of the most fun and relaxed days we’ve photographed! The wedding party was awesome with no drama and wanted some extremely fun photos! You could just feel and see the love the families had for them both.
Christina had a first look with her dad before leaving for the ceremony and it was one of my favorite first looks! Her Dad had the biggest smile on his face when he saw her! It was even more special as her Mom was there too!
Christina and Andrew had their wedding party photos taken at Bayview Park. This is where just a few days earlier they privately said their vows to each other. Then headed to a modern reception at the Filament!
Let’s get to know these two amazing souls!
How did you two meet?
It was a chilly October night in Milwaukee. The moon was full, the stars aligned. Destiny was fulfilled at a bar called Rogues.
How did Andrew Propose?
On top of Machu Picchu in Peru! Nina is all 7 wonders of my world 😉
Christina, what do you love most about Andrew?
Besides his hair ;)……… lol I love everything. I love his adventurous spirit and positive energy. He truly is one of those sweet, goofy, handsome old souls xoxo
Andrew, what do you love most about Christina?
There is nothing about Nina that I am not head over heels for. For her beauty to her brain and everything in-between!! I outkicked my coverage, but shh, don’t tell her that.
What would a perfect Sunday look like for you both?
Go Pack Go!! Wake up late, go for a run together, grabbing some beer at a local brewery with friends and family. Then topping it off with pizza and Netflix & chill…. sopranos or game of thrones.
Favorite memory on your wedding day?
Seeing each other for the first time at the aisle, crying our eyes out, as we start our new adventure together.
That my, Christina’s, Grandmother made it to the wedding day! She was such a huge supporter of me, throughout my life and all of the big moments that made me the woman I am today. Her goal (bucket list item) was to make it to our wedding ceremony, to see me get married to the love of my life, Andrew! And luckily, because she is one strong determined Grandmother, she made it! One of the best, powerful moments of our wedding was having the chance to celebrate and share with her a day we will cherish forever.
What was the best part of planning your wedding day?
The finish haha! Jk, meeting our photographers!!! And of course the food tasting… for dinner and the next several dinners with leftovers.
In your own words describe your day from the night before your wedding to waking up on your first day as Mr and Mrs!
We embraced the moment! We have both been part of weddings from the groomsman/bridesmaids perspective but to be the main attraction was intimidating yet unforgettable. Both felt an adrenaline rush for the entire day and night… and we are sore from the permanent smile that we had
What was the greatest challenge in planning your wedding? Anything you felt least prepared for? What could you have done without?
The number of tasks and planning/coordination was overwhelming. There is so much work to be done that no one will ever know… what caterers we didn’t pick, the venues we didn’t want, etc…
What advice do you have for couples planning their wedding day?
Do everything early and don’t underestimate all the tasks. Delegate things to do to people you trust.
How do you feel about your decision to go with Natural Intuition Photography?
1000% made the right choice. You two were so personable which made it so comfortable to communicate and trust you. We were relieved not to have to direct or ask for anything. You knew what you were looking for and how to get it… exactly what we had hoped for.

Beautiful photos to capture such a beautiful day! You can really feel the excitement and energy in these photos. I love LOVE!
