Outdoor Fall Wedding near Waupaca Wisconsin

Corianne and Alex are family to a dear friend of mine – I was so honored to be there to capture their wedding day! These two are some of the most laid-back humans I have ever met! At there engagement session they were game for anything. These two were awesome during the chilly windy weather that blew through Madison that day. They were the same laid-back humans on their wedding day!

They got ready in Coriannes future in-laws home where there was this amazing barn in the back that was perfect for portraits! Corrianne & Alex’s first look was a little hidden from family so they could have that moment to themselves. A quick, yet happy moment between two people before they got married! We then got their wedding party together for some fun portraits before the wedding.  A funny moment happened as we were leaving – Alex was so excited to get married he forgot that he was supposed to drive his future wife to the ceremony. He left with the groomsman with his Mom having to drive her to the ceremony. We had a good laugh about it!

The ceremony was outside – which was my favorite part! They stuck to what they wanted and they had an amazing wedding outside with heaters and blankets for their guests. Corrianne and Alex spoke vows through happy tears and a few giggles. During the ceremony, an eagle flew over! Which was one of their favorite memories!

Some advice these two have for future couples?

It goes by fast, don’t dwell on minor details! No one will know if you are missing anything! Also, have good relationships with all of your vendors!

This comes after them saving the best part of planning their wedding was:

The amazing vendors we had along the way and looking forward to the big day
